There are 5 food groups i.e. fruit and vegetables , starchy food , dairy , protein , fat. Food should be eaten by people mostly i.e. sweet potatoes , mangoes , plan greek yogurt , broccoli , wild salmon , oatmeal , garbanzo beans , watermelon , butternut squash , leafy greens. These food is good for health and in this food there is good nutrient highly formed.
