RISHIKESH is the city in India's northern state of Uttarakand , in the Himalayan foothills besides the GANGES RIVER. It is famous for its spiritual importance. There are a number of YOGA ASHRAMAS for practicing meditation. Also it is famous for CHAR DHAM YATRA i.e.
Gangotri , Yamunotri , Kedarnath and Badrinath.
